I will not attempt to bypass security controls, access data without authorization, install unapproved software, or use any system for unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate activity. I will report suspected security incidents, lost/stolen devices, or misuse immediately. I understand that use of school networks and systems may be monitored and that violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.AUP Acknowledgments (Read & Check Each)I will use MYcroSchool and all Affiliate Schools technology resources (devices, networks, cloud services, accounts, and software) primarily for authorized business and educational purposes and in a professional manner.I understand that all data and activity on corporate/school-managed systems may be logged/monitored where permitted by law, and that I should have no expectation of privacy when using corporate/school resources.I will protect my usernames, passwords, MFA tokens, badges, and any access credentials; I will not share accounts or allow others to use my credentials.I will lock my screen and secure devices when unattended and will follow clean-desk practices to safeguard printed records, student information, and other confidential materials.I will store, transmit, and dispose of confidential information (including student records and HR information) only using approved systems and methods, and only with authorized individuals who have a legitimate need to know.I will not use personal email, personal cloud storage, messaging apps, or unapproved external services to store or share MYcroSchool/Affiliate Schools confidential or sensitive information unless explicitly authorized.I will promptly report suspected phishing, malware, security incidents, or policy violations, and I will immediately report any lost or stolen device, badge, or credential.I will not attempt to disable, bypass, or tamper with security controls (firewalls, content filters, endpoint protection, MDM, encryption, logging, MFA, etc.).I will not install or use unapproved software, browser extensions, or hardware on corporate/school systems. I will follow procurement/approval processes for technology purchases and subscriptions.I will use email, messaging, and collaboration tools professionally, and I will not send, post, or store unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content using corporate/school resources.I understand that student information is protected and must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and internal policies. I will access student data only when necessary to perform my job duties.I will use approved communication channels for student/family communications and will follow guidance for appropriate boundaries, record retention, and professional conduct in digital communications.If I am approved to use a personal device for work (BYOD), I agree to follow required security controls (PIN/biometrics, encryption, updates, MDM where applicable) and to separate/secure corporate/school data.I will not connect unauthorized devices to MYcroSchool/Affiliate Schools networks and will follow approved guest Wi‑Fi and network access procedures.I will use physical security best practices (securing devices, badges, keys, and workspaces) and understand that technology resources must be returned upon request or at separation.I understand that copyright and licensing rules apply.
